Parrot Pool Service, LLC was established in the year 2000 as a family-owned business, committed to providing a personal touch to our customers with affordable pricing. We are located in Carroll County, Maryland and offer our services in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Frederick County, Harford County, Howard County, and Washington County. Our team is led by Mike Zepp, who has been in the swimming pool industry since 1989 and has spent the last 21 years building Parrot Pool Service, LLC into a trusted name in the pool service business. We have extensive experience in servicing all residential pool systems and are knowledgeable in inground pools.

At Parrot Pool Service, LLC, we offer a comprehensive range of services to our customers. Our services include:

• Chemicals are not included
• Service for both inground and above ground pools
• System replacement and repairs
• Pool maintenance
• Openings:

+ Reassemble pool equipment

+ Remove winter plugs

+ Install rails, ladders, and diving boards

+ Reinstalled pool cleaners

+ Test fire pool heaters

+ Prime system and inspect for leaks

+ Test water chemistry

+ Setting of timeclocks or remotes as long as we have access

• Closings:

+ Lower water to winterization level

+ Blow lines and plug

+ Disassemble pool equipment

+ Remove diving boards, rails, and ladders

+ Clean DE or cartridge filter

+ Remove pool cleaner

+ Turn all power off to equipment

+ Cover removal in spring:

• Remove cover from pool
• Clean and fold
• Store on owners property
• Blow off pool deck of loose debris

+ Installing cover for winter:

• Installing of any style safety cover
• Installing of cover and water bags
• We charge per cover (if you use two covers there will be two charges)
• We do not install Fox covers!

• Drain and Clean:

+ Draining of pool water

+ Acid wash and power wash pool

+ Remove debris from pool

• General Custodial Services:

+ Vacuuming pool

+ Brushing and skimming of pool

+ Backwashing or cleaning filter

+ Cleaning tile and skimmers

Seasonal Service Contracts

At Parrot Pool Service, LLC, we understand that maintaining a pool can be time-consuming and overwhelming. That's why we offer seasonal service contracts to our customers. With our monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly contracts, you can spend more time enjoying your pool and less time working on it. Our contracts include openings and closings, system inspections, test and balancing of pool water, vacuuming pool, cleaning of skimmer and pump baskets, brushing of pool, skimming pool surface and cleaning tile, backwashing or cleaning filter, emptying and inspecting automatic pool cleaners, and adding chemicals to the pool. Standard contracts include maintenance and balancing pool chemicals for the season. However, should you desire to purchase your own chemicals, the contract price will be adjusted accordingly.

Safety Covers

At Parrot Pool Service, LLC, we are committed to ensuring the safety of our customers. That's why we offer Loop Loc safety covers, which are the leaders in safety covers and have been around since 1978. They offer three colors (green, black, and blue) and mesh or solid style covers. No two covers are the same because your cover is designed for your pool only. Your cover is a perfect fit no matter what shape or size your pool is.
