Lakeside Physical Therapy

Welcome to Lakeside Physical Therapy, a family of four offices spread across Sussex County. Our founders, Dr. Metodio "Pampi" Pamplona, PT, DPT and Rowena Pamplona, PT, DPT, are a dedicated husband and wife team who earned their Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from Our Lady of Fatima University in the Philippines in 1999. They furthered their education in the United States, obtaining their Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican College in 2017. After immigrating to the United States in 2000, they were determined to dedicate their services to the communities around them.

The first Lakeside PT office was established in 2009 in Laurel, DE, and the family of offices has grown since then. Advance Mobility PT was established in Seaford in 2015, followed by Astra Care in Georgetown in 2017, and the final addition, Lakeside PT in Milford, in 2018. Our team is passionate about health and wellness, and we are committed to providing the best care possible to our patients. We offer Direct Access, so patients can call and set up their PT evaluation without a referral.
