Our story began in 1987 with retired Founder, Barry Shames, who started constructing retail store interiors throughout the western United States. In 1991, Carolyn Shames acquired a majority stake of 51% in the company, propelling her to become the driving force behind the company's growth and success.

With over three decades of hands-on experience in construction management, President and CEO Carolyn Shames has built a team of experienced professionals, including Senior Project Managers Tim George and Ryan Gibbons, Project Manager Nick Kerner, Compliance Officer Michael Lundgren, and Controller Tricia Tom.
