Our team is led by David O. Crockett, a Senior Inspector with a professional degree in Architecture from Prairie View A&M University. Dave's expertise in construction, design, insurance building claims, and building inspection industry is unparalleled. He is licensed by the Alabama Home Inspector Board and holds several certifications from reputable institutions such as ASHI, INTERNACHI, NAFHAC, and Tau Beta Pi.

Home Inspections

When you are buying or selling a house, it is essential to identify any potential problems with the property. Our home inspections are designed to do just that. We use a range of investigative tools to inspect the property extensively, including perimeter drainage, general safety and security, all rooms in the interior living space, building design, framing, and structure, foundations, basements, and crawl spaces, attics, garages, stairs, steps, exterior walls, siding, trim, windows, doors, roof coverings, drainage systems, skylights, vents, and ventilation, chimneys, fireplaces, walkways, patios, decks, and driveways, electrical service, water piping & valves, gas piping & valves, hot water supply, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, heating systems, cooling systems, humidifiers, air filters, electrical panels, wires, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and ceiling fans, custom installations, such as saunas or hot tubs, and previous repairs.

We also offer FLIR Thermal Imaging inspection, which uses an infrared camera to detect leaks and insulation problems that are not visible to the naked eye. This advanced technology helps us provide a more comprehensive inspection report.

Condo/Townhouse Inspection

If you are buying or selling a condo or townhouse, we offer specialized inspections that cover all aspects of the property. Our inspections include general safety and security, all rooms in the interior living unit, building design, framing and structure, exterior walls, siding, trim, windows, doors, roof coverings, drainage systems, skylights, vents, and ventilation, chimneys, fireplaces, walkways, patios, decks and balconies, perimeter drainage, electrical service, water piping & valves, gas piping & valves, hot water supply, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, heating systems, cooling systems, humidifiers, air filters, electrical panels, wires, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and ceiling fans, custom installations, and previous repairs.

In addition, we inspect common areas such as underground parking, paved driveways, parkade, storage areas, hallways, swimming pools, and hot tubs. Our FLIR Thermal Imaging inspection is also available upon request.

Commercial Inspections
