Our Story

Classic Wine Company was founded by Tony Meyer and his business partner with a vision to create a store that would rival those found in major cities like Atlanta, New Orleans, Washington D.C., and San Francisco. Our founders wanted to bring a unique wine shopping experience to Birmingham, showcasing wines from all price points and featuring grapes not commonly found at the time. Over the years, we have become a staple of the Birmingham community, known for our expertise, customer service, and unparalleled selection of wines.
