Our story began when Amie Bama, the owner, grew up on the Island but left to pursue higher education, earning a BS degree in Food Science from Winthrop University and a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales. Drawn back by the Island's beauty and bounty, Amie returned home to share her passion for cooking with the community.
