Our rooms are newly constructed, spacious, and include two queen beds, air conditioning with individually controlled heat and air settings, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, tub with shower, and wireless internet. We also have one-story accommodations, eliminating the need for stairs.

Across the street from our motel is Ardy's Cafe, where guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Many of our guests have praised the cafe's burgers and chicken fried steak as the best around. We also offer a playground for kids, complete with a merry-go-round, sandbox, swings, jungle gym, basketball court, and more. Additionally, there is a pavilion area with a BBQ and picnic table for families to enjoy.

Our motel is conveniently located near beautiful Priest Lake, one of the most pristine lakes in the USA. Priest Lake is renowned for its great wildlife, untouched natural beauty, and is one of the best winter sports destinations. We offer various outdoor activities for our guests, including water skiing, boating, fishing, ATV motorsports, snowmobiling, and hiking. We also have partnerships with local businesses, such as Priest Lake Boat Rental, where guests can receive a $50.00 discount on boat rentals.
