Initial Consultation and Design Retainer

Our journey begins with an initial consultation, either at your existing location or new construction site. During this meeting, our primary goal is to listen, take notes, and understand your renovation or new design objectives. While you may have a clear vision of the general objective, our team will guide you through the optional design possibilities, opening your eyes to a world of creative and enlightening opportunities.

Project Evaluation - Programming and Analysis

To ensure that your space functions as desired, we conduct a thorough analysis of its technical requirements, style, and budget. This process reconciles your unique style and the depth of the renovation with the available budget, ultimately leading to a technical requirements analysis tailored to your space's needs. Our team will formulate a plan that brings your vision to life while respecting your budget constraints.

Conceptual Design Phase

During this phase, we create preliminary space plan drawings that incorporate traffic flow patterns and special equipment from the technical requirements analysis. We present you with multiple options, enabling you to choose the plan that works best for your unique needs. Our team collaborates with you to formulate a design that captures your vision and serves its intended function.

Schematic Design Phase

Depending on the size and complexity of the renovation, we develop scaled drawings of the chosen Conceptual Plan. These can include floor plans, elevations, section drawings, and sketches. If the project requires plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or reflected ceiling plans, these services can be incorporated as well. We also provide preliminary construction estimating and budgeting during this phase, allowing you to make informed decisions about your project's scope and costs.

Preliminary Presentation at Design Development Stage

At this stage, you will review the documentation created during the previous phases. This provides you with an opportunity to offer feedback and ensure that the design meets your expectations. Purchasing and Procurement, Design Implementation, and Installation

Once the design has been finalized, our team coordinates the purchasing and procurement of all necessary materials and products. We carefully manage the implementation and installation of your renovation, ensuring a meticulous adherence to the design specifications. Post-Evaluation
