Fincher Engineering, LLC is a mechanical and electrical consulting engineering firm based in Lubbock, TX. We are committed to providing excellent engineering services to every client and project. Our History

Founded by Justin Fincher in 2014, the firm started from a home office and has since grown to include a diverse team of certified professionals. In 2015, we moved into our first office building and made our first design personnel hire. The following year, Kris Stepp, P.E. joined the team to lead the electrical engineering division. We have successfully completed hundreds of projects across various sectors, including Athletic, Business, Educational, Medical, Religious, Restaurant, and Retail.
