Website Disappointment
Alex, on the other hand, voiced frustration with the company's website, which advertises accepting "no copy job too small." However, when Alex tried to place a small printing order, they were met with resistance, claiming the job was too small. This experience was marred by what Alex perceived as negative professionalism.
