Meet the Team

Meet Mike and Marquita Stevens, co-owners of Mike Stevens Homes, Inc. With a combined experience of over 40 years in the building industry, they are dedicated to giving back to their community. Mike's journey in the building industry began as a carpenter-subcontractor, evolving through various roles, including supervisor, general contractor, and land developer. Mike has held prominent positions in the industry, including two-term past president of the Home Builders Association of Knoxville and past president and life director of the Home Builders Association of Tennessee.
