At Stars Gymnastics, we are dedicated to providing a wide range of classes designed to help individual gymnasts of all ages and skill levels progress and improve. Pre-School Gymnastics
Our pre-school gymnasts engage in classes that focus on developing coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. These foundational skills are taught through games and activities that make learning enjoyable and exciting. Our experienced coaches introduce the four gymnastic events in a safe and supportive setting, allowing young gymnasts to explore and discover their potential.
Recreational Gymnastics
Recreational gymnasts further develop their strength, flexibility, and skills in vault, bars, beam, and tumbling. Our classes cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced gymnasts. In addition to physical skills, our recreational gymnasts learn coordination, muscle control, and mental focus, which are essential for safe progress in the sport.
Competitive Team
Our competitive team is among the most competitive in the state, with gymnasts competing through USA Gymnastics. The team focuses on the four apparatuses, developing strong mental competitors and supportive team members. Our dedicated coaches work closely with gymnasts to help them reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
Classes for Children Ages 6 and Up
We offer 50-minute classes for children aged 6 and up, perfect for kids who want to learn how to tumble or supplement their cheerleading skills. These classes are divided by skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced), allowing gymnasts to challenge themselves and improve on a class-to-class basis. This class serves as an excellent platform for those who wish to pursue gymnastics at a competitive level.
Tiny Stars Classes
Our 30-minute classes for children aged 2 and 3 are filled with fun and excitement. Our experienced coaches challenge our tiny stars on a class-to-class basis, exceeding expectations in a supervised and safe environment. These young gymnasts gain experience in every event and are safely introduced to gymnastics equipment.
Year-Round Classes Starting at Age 2
At Stars Gymnastics, we offer classes year-round, starting at age 2. With flexible scheduling and a variety of classes, we make it easy for families to find the right fit for their children's needs and interests.

Acoustics and Temperature
Many reviewers mentioned issues with the temperature in the gym, particularly during trial classes. Nikki Stephens noted that the gym did not have air conditioning, making it difficult for her to stay comfortable. Some reviewers, however, mentioned that the gym has fans distributed throughout the building to help alleviate the heat. Tom Edwards specifically mentioned that the carpet in the gym was moldy and not good for occupants.
Coaching Staff
