Glisson Heating and Air

Glisson Heating and Air was founded in 2004 on the principle that every customer deserves professional, honest service delivered with the same care we would want for ourselves. With 19 years in business and 75 years of combined experience, our team specializes in residential and light commercial HVAC solutions tailored to Central Illinois' unique climate challenges. We take pride in our 24/7/365 service availability, ensuring emergency repairs can be addressed promptly by our experienced technicians who solve even the most complex HVAC issues. Our expertise spans geothermal systems, ductwork design, PTAC units, and mini-split installations, providing comprehensive solutions that improve air quality and energy efficiency. We focus on helping homeowners and businesses find ideal systems that match their specific needs and budget considerations. Our commitment to quality installations has earned us a reputation for clean workmanship, fully functional systems, and customer satisfaction that extends beyond initial expectations.

We understand that HVAC systems significantly impact utility costs, with heating and cooling accounting for up to 50% of energy bills according to EPA estimates. This knowledge drives our recommendation to replace systems older than 10-15 years with modern, energy-efficient alternatives that dramatically reduce operating expenses. Our technicians approach every project with professional pride, ensuring not just system functionality but also the improved air quality our customers deserve. The trust we've built over nearly two decades is reflected in our customer reviews, which consistently highlight our reasonable rates, punctuality, technical expertise, and exceptional service. We stand by our work and approach each service call with the personal attention and follow-through that has become our hallmark in the HVAC industry.
