Students learn respect, confidence, and self-control through age-appropriate training that prepares them for real-world challenges while building physical coordination and discipline.
Strength & Conditioning
Comprehensive fitness programs for ages 14+ combine cardio, strength training, and nutrition guidance. Our 45-minute sessions include boxing drills, weight training, and calisthenics tailored to individual goals. Certified instructors help members achieve specific fitness targets through personalized workout plans and motivational challenges that promote long-term health improvements.
Parent Participation Classes
Interactive martial arts classes for 3-4 year olds with caregiver involvement foster early development. These sessions build foundational skills through structured activities that teach following directions, color/shape recognition, and social interaction. The program strengthens parent-child bonds while introducing basic martial arts concepts in a fun, supportive environment.
