Albrecht Auction is a reputable and trustworthy conventional real estate company that has been serving the Mid-Michigan area and beyond since 1954. Founded by the late Herb Albrecht, Sr., the company started as a small auction business specializing in farm and estate auctions in Pigeon, Michigan. Over the years, the company has grown and expanded its services to cater to the needs of its clients.

Herb Albrecht, Jr. joined the business in 1967, and together with his father, they expanded the business to include real estate, antiques, and business liquidations. Herb Jr. recognized the importance of professional development and joined the Michigan State Auctioneers Association (MSAA) and the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). He also earned his Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation from Indiana State University in 1978, making him one of the most qualified auctioneers in the industry.

In 1991, David Albrecht, Herb Jr.'s son, became the third generation auctioneer, taking the company into the computer age. David recognized the potential of the internet and created the company's first website, making Albrecht Auction the first auction company in the area to have a website. He also earned his real estate salesperson license in 1994 and his real estate broker's license in 2012.

Today, Albrecht Auction operates out of two locations in Vassar, MI, and offers a wide range of auction services, including online General Consignment Auctions, Real Estate auctions, Farm/Construction Equipment auctions, Business Liquidations, Personal Property Estates, and Hunting Properties. The company conducts regular online and live auctions, and clients can preview the items in person before placing any bids.
