Construction Management

The CM method starts with the Owner hiring a construction manager early on in the process to provide pre-construction services working with the architect and/or engineer to establish the project. As a construction manager, we provide leadership, direction, and management of the entire construction process. Our goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the Owner's satisfaction.

Design-Build

Hired under a single contract, the construction manager and the design professional combine services to provide the owner a single point of accountability for the entire project. This method allows for a more efficient and streamlined construction process, resulting in time and cost savings for the Owner. We have a proven track record of successfully delivering design-build projects that meet our client's needs and exceed their expectations.

Design-Bid-Build

This method can be best described as the Owner hires an architect to design the project in its entirety, creating both a plan and specifications in fulfillment of the owner's program requirements. We then bid on the project and, if awarded the contract, construct the project according to the plans and specifications provided. We have extensive experience in the design-bid-build method and have a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in this process.
