Our team is led by Rich Jr., who grew up in the trades, assisting his father, Rich Sr., on various projects since the age of nine. He learned to operate tools and machinery, lay out complex stairways, driveways, and patios, and exceed customers' expectations of speed, cleanliness, and professionalism. After graduating from Lynbrook High School, Rich carried on his education at Roger Williams University in the Construction Management Program, where he learned more behind-the-scenes skills like estimating, scheduling, and management.

With our skilled crew, modern fleet of trucks and equipment, and keen eye for design, there is no project too small or too complex for us. From initial phone call, to design consultation, material selection, breaking ground to cleaning up, the owner is on site to handle any questions or concerns and guarantee an immaculate finished product.
