About Jeff Adkins

Jeff Adkins, the son of Sam Adkins, joined the company full-time in 1992. With his first-hand experience in all phases of custom home building, renovations, and property management, Jeff learned the family tradition of fine workmanship and customer satisfaction. Upon his father's death in 2003, Jeff assumed the responsibility of President and later became the sole owner of Sam Adkins Home Builders, Inc. He has continued the tradition of managing his family's apartment complexes and townhouse units.

Debbie's Flooring

In 2009, Jeff partnered with Debbie Washburn to launch a flooring division of the company. Debbie's Flooring has grown in sales every year since its inception, offering a wide range of flooring options to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
