How do you handle medication?
We administer oral medications, injections, and topical treatments with client instruction during initial consultation. Caregivers document all administrations and provide updates per client preferences.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund available when cancelling 21+ days in advance. Holiday bookings non-refundable. Post-deadline payments held for future use up to 1 year with forfeit after that period.
When do you require payment?
Payment for entire reservation period due during initial meet and greet consultation. We accept major credit cards and cash payments through our secure payment system.
Are holidays charged extra?
Yes, New Year's Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day carry $10 surcharge per visit to cover premium service during high-demand periods.
