Our History

Our journey began when Marion Bowen opened the first office in Prattville in 1967. Over the years, we have grown and expanded, but our core values of providing reliable, efficient, and personalized service to our customers have remained unchanged. Marion's son, Terry Bowen, joined the business in 1981, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience that further enhanced our capabilities. Today, Arrow Pest Control is a three-generation business, with Terry's sons, Greg and Paul, also part of the team.

Throughout our history, we have continuously updated and modernized our procedures to ensure that we provide the best possible service to our customers. We were one of the first companies in the nation to use the Sentricon bait system for treating termites, and we served as part of an advisory group to Dow Chemical Company in the development of this revolutionary form of termite treatment.
