In 1948, Leon W. Morgridge established L.W. Morgridge & Son, initially focusing on excavating. Over the years, the company evolved, adapting to the needs of their clientele. Led by William Morgridge, the third generation of the family, the company shifted its focus to offering comprehensive services related to septic systems, sewer maintenance, and pool water management.
