Preferred Construction Company started as a family owned business in Parker, Colorado in 1991. That year PCC started specializing in residential work around Parker. Since then PCC has expanded into commercial construction across Douglas County and surrounding areas. As a family owned and operated business, Preferred Construction Company has been a staple in commercial and residential construction for the past 26 years. We are proud of our history and the relationships we have built with our clients, partners, and the community.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including commercial and residential construction. Our commercial services include remodels, insurance restoration, light industrial, and tenant finishes. Our work has included retail stores, medical offices, dental offices, coffee shops, hair salons, yoga studios, and more. For residential projects, we provide insurance restoration, renovations, additions, and home remodeling. Our work has encompassed structure and room expansions, roof replacements, detached structures, basement finishes, and more.

Our Experience

Over the years, we have completed more than 500 commercial jobs and over 300 residential jobs. Some of our notable projects include the construction of Two22 Brew, a manufacturing and retail facility in Centennial, CO, and the renovation of Bonfils Blood Center in Parker, CO. We have also worked on various medical facilities, office spaces, and retail establishments across the state.
