How It Works
Our process is simple and efficient. Clients can submit an RFP or contact us for a conversation to discuss their staffing requirements. We then tap into our network of pre-screened, highly qualified, and experienced independent contractors to determine which candidates are the best fit for the client's needs. Clients can choose from the top 1-4 candidates, and we coordinate phone interviews between the client and the contractor(s). Once the client has selected a contractor, we finalize the arrangements, and the contractor begins work on the start date that best suits the client's company.
