Our Services

Our experienced optometrist, Dr. Michael Montenare, has extensive training in Neuro-Optometry and Vision Therapy, enabling him to provide advanced diagnostic and treatment programs for visual conditions that cannot be treated through glasses or surgery alone.

Eye Exams

We provide comprehensive eye exams for all members of the family, from children to adults. Our comprehensive exams typically take between 30 to 60 minutes for new patients and around 15 to 30 minutes for returning patients. During your exam, we'll assess your overall vision health, including your prescription, eye pressure, and visual functionality. We'll also evaluate your ocular health, including checking for eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.

Vision Therapy

Our Vision Therapy program is designed to treat visual conditions that cannot be managed with glasses or surgery alone. Our expert optometrist will work with you to develop a personalized plan tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're struggling with convergence insufficiency, binocular disorders, or learning-related vision problems, our vision therapy program is designed to help you achieve optimal visual function.

Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation

We specialize in Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation, which focuses on treating visual conditions related to traumatic brain injuries, such as concussions or strokes. Our expert optometrist will work closely with you to develop a customized treatment plan, which may include prism glasses, tinted lenses, and vision therapy.

Dr. Michael Montenare is a board-certified optometrist with advanced training in Neuro-Optometry and Vision Therapy. He graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry with high academic honors and has extensive experience in treating a wide range of visual conditions. Dr. Montenare is a Fellow in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (FCOVD), recognizing his expertise in Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation.
