Nouis Home Care, formerly the famous Pine Edge Inn, is a licensed Assisted-Living facility located in downtown Little Falls, Minnesota. Initially constructed in 1923, the "Pine Edge" is a well-known meeting place in central Minnesota. Nouis Home Care is located one block south of downtown Little Falls, a town of 8,300, nestled along the Mississippi River. Established in 1974, our home environment is perfect for individuals who are mostly independent and do not require skilled nursing care. Our rates and services are competitive, offering private and semi-private rooms with varying rates based on the services and amenities required by each resident.

Our Services

Our services are tailored to those who need assistance with meeting challenges in some aspects of their daily lives. We offer a wide variety of supported living options, including a licensed Assisted-Living facility, a licensed Board & Lodge, and independent living spaces. Medical monitoring and assistance is provided by a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistants who are on staff. Transportation is also provided to and from doctor and dental appointments within a 35-mile radius of Little Falls, Minnesota. Additionally, three nutritious meals and a variety of snacks are served each day, with dietary needs accommodated for all residents.
