Primary Care House Calls (PCHC) is a Medical House Call service providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare to patients in their own homes throughout North West Florida and South East Alabama. We understand the challenges faced by patients with various barriers to accessing traditional healthcare settings. Our team of skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants brings the expertise of office visits directly to your home.
