At Otter Creek Farmstead, we are a premier destination for wingshooting and special events. Our vision was born from the passion of our owners, Frank and Jane Brown, who have a deep love for the outdoors and hospitality. After rebuilding their property following the devastating storms of 2011, they opened their doors to private hunting parties in 2016. Since then, our operations have grown consistently, driven by our commitment to exceptional service and a warm welcome to all our guests.

Meet Our Team

We are proud to have a team of passionate outdoorsmen and women who share our love for the great outdoors. CT Moorman, our Director of Operations, brings his lifelong passion for hunting and fishing to the table. Lila Warren, Director of Client Services, is a professional outdoorswoman with a background in environmental conservation and luxury hospitality. Tamara Elders, Assistant Director of Operations, is an Ohatchee native who has been with us since 2017. Mary Elizabeth Brock, our Hospitality and Weddings Coordinator, is dedicated to ensuring your stay with us is unforgettable. Our culinary team, led by Chef Dan Ottman and Chef Susan Wilkinson, offers a unique blend of outdoor passion and culinary expertise.
