Our Attorneys

*William J. Rhodunda, Jr.*: Bill is a founding partner of Rhodunda & Williams, LLC. His practice focuses on real estate law, and he has extensive experience in zoning and subdivision law, real estate and regulatory matters, civil and criminal litigation, and government relations. Prior to entering private practice, Bill held several government positions, including County Attorney for New Castle County, Delaware, Chief Litigator for the City of Wilmington's City Solicitor's Office, and Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware.

*Chandra J. Williams (Rudloff)*: Chandra is a founding member of Rhodunda & Williams, LLC. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, family law, and domestic litigation. She has extensive experience litigating cases in Delaware State Courts and Federal Courts. Prior to entering private practice, Chandra served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr. in the Superior Court for the State of Delaware for two years.
