Our Services

We offer a wide range of counseling services, including individual counseling, couples counseling, marriage counseling, family counseling, group counseling, and Christian counseling (upon request). Our experienced counselors are trained in various therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, art therapy, play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and internal family systems.

Office Hours and Insurance

Our office hours include evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' busy schedules. Many of our providers accept insurance, and those who don't accept sliding scale fees. We also offer telehealth services in Texas and beyond, making it convenient for clients to access our services from the comfort of their own homes.
