Elkins Physical Therapy Service is a family-owned and locally grown operation, established in 1991, committed to providing quality patient-centered outpatient physical therapy services. Our mission is to help our patients feel good and move well, and we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients in a comfortable and friendly environment. With a focus on quality patient care and service, our clinics are located in Belington, Elkins, Valley Bend, Parsons, and Thomas, welcoming patients from all walks of life.

At Elkins Physical Therapy Service, we offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Physical Therapy: Our team of experienced physical therapists provides personalized care to help our patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. We offer a variety of techniques and treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation.
• Women's Health: Our women's health program specializes in treating internal pelvic physical therapy, helping women of all ages manage pelvic pain, incontinence, and other related conditions. Our team of physical therapists provides compassionate and individualized care, empowering women to take control of their health and well-being.
• Functional Fitness: Our move functional fitness studio in Thomas, WV, offers 24-7 access, functional strength and conditioning, mobility, and various cardio implements. Our goal is to provide a safe and effective workout environment for individuals of all fitness levels.

Our physical therapists are highly trained and experienced, dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field. We work collaboratively with our patients, setting goals and developing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their best possible outcomes.

Our Providers and Clinics

Our team of providers includes licensed physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff, all committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients. We strive to create a welcoming and friendly environment in all of our clinics, located in Belington, Elkins, Valley Bend, Parsons, and Thomas.

Our Parsons clinic, located within the Wellness 24 Fitness Center at 215 Pennsylvania Avenue, operates on Mondays and Wednesdays between 8 am and 5 pm. Staffed by Chris Davis, PTA, and Matthew Lee, PT, MPT, OCS, CSCS, the clinic is rooted in the footprint of David Lee's original company, established in 1991.

Our new clinic in Thomas, WV, located at 541 Spruce Street, is under the directorship of Derek Andrews, DPT. Matthew Lee, PT, OCS, CSCS, will also be accepting patients at this location. The clinic is open weekdays by appointment, and appointments can be made by contacting our Elkins clinic via 304-636-2340.
