At Elite Property Management, we are a pro-active, results-oriented company specializing in the management of condominium and homeowner associations, commercial and developer-controlled properties in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties in West Central Florida. Our Company

All of our managers are Florida licensed Community Association Managers (CAM). Several of our managers have achieved either an AMS or CMCA designation. This insures an advanced training and learning commitment in the community management field.

• Ensuring that proper administrative practices are followed
• Organizing, noticing, attending, and conducting meetings of the Association
• Maintaining current owner's rosters
• Providing information and certificates of approval for sales/leases
• Attending to all Association correspondence
• Receiving owner suggestions/complaints and responding appropriately
• Conducting annual insurance cost and value analysis
• Maintaining and storing records
• Enforcing documents
• Maintaining vendor files
• Preparing violation letters
• Maintaining gate database if needed

Our property maintenance services include:

• Initial property inspection of all interior and exterior common areas and thorough evaluation of all maintenance equipment and systems
• Review of current vendor contracts for quality and cost effectiveness
• Study of job descriptions and assessment of on-site personnel (if applicable)
• Presentation of findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors
• Analysis of routine maintenance projects for cost effectiveness
• Analysis of capital projects as needed
