Our Story

Ten years ago, Bob Woodard, Barry Siegal, and Willard Tucker had a vision - to start a home building company that would deliver a great product in great locations. Despite a challenging real estate market, they remained steadfast in their commitment to their vision, and Royal Homes was formed. The success came slowly, but with each passing year, the company grew. Today, we have a team of 21 employees, and we have delivered over 500 homes to families across the Triad region of North Carolina.

At Royal Homes, we are proud of the homes we build, and we stand behind our work with a Quality Builders Warranty Corporation 2022 Builder of Integrity Award.
