Our founder, Gary Ladd, is a registered professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana. He has over 33 years of experience in the consulting engineering business and has specialized in site development, water, wastewater, site, and drainage projects for both private sector and municipal clients. He is a past member of the City of Lebanon Utility Board and has worked for various prestigious companies such as Hannum, Waggle & Cline Engineering, Capitol Engineering, Inc., Beam, Longest & Neff, Inc., and Rowe Engineering, Inc.
