Our Story

As the founder of Miramar Health, I, Tom Sauer, am proud to have served in the Navy and Marine Corps for 18 years. During my time in service, I witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of addiction and mental illness on our veterans and their families. This experience has driven me to create a recovery program that addresses the specific needs of our veterans, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to heal.

Our Philosophy

Our Programs

• Detoxification: Our detoxification program provides a safe and monitored environment for our veterans to safely remove substances from their system.
• Residential Treatment: Our residential treatment program provides a 24/7 supportive environment for our veterans to address their addiction and mental health challenges.
• Extended Care: Our extended care program provides ongoing support and treatment for our veterans after completing our residential program.
• Clinical Services: Our clinical services include EMDR therapy, relapse prevention, trauma treatment, and social model therapy.
