Our menu features a perfect balance of bold, unique flavor combinations, hearty portions, and fresh ingredients served in a lively, fast-casual environment. Inspired by the adventurous spirit of the Rocky Mountains, a group of mountain-loving friends opened the first Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Deli in Edwards, Colorado in 2003. Since then, The Moose has roamed beyond its borders to bring its hearty, adventurous menu and friendly, mountain-town experience to 11 locations across 4 states, including Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. By 2025, Smiling Moose plans to have more than 100 delis throughout the United States.
