Delivering superb service
Wiggins Law Group was founded in 2009, but our story began much earlier. In 1963, O. Jackson Cook was admitted to the Georgia Bar. Born in Tenile, Georgia, Jack received his undergraduate degree from Emory University. After a tour in the U.S. Navy, he earned his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he served as Notes Editor for the Virginia Law Review. Jack went on to build a reputation as a dedicated and skilled lawyer, laying the groundwork for the boutique civil rights practice we are today.
Our team is led by Cary S. Wiggins and Susan Julian, both renowned for their expertise in Business Torts, Civil Rights, and First Amendment law. We have a long history of helping restaurants, nightclubs, and other businesses reach their goals, as well as individuals facing discrimination. Our experience, intelligence, and pragmatism have earned us a reputation for delivering excellent results for our clients.
What sets us apart from other law firms is our track record of efficiency and dedication. We have pioneered a billing format that rewards speedy results, not protracted litigation. Our "value billing" and flat fee structures ensure that clients receive the best value for their investment. Additionally, we prioritize client service, ensuring that messages are answered promptly, and clients are updated regularly.
Our practice areas include Business Torts, Civil Rights, First Amendment, and Restaurant & Hospitality. We serve clients in Cobb County, DeKalb County, and Fulton County, including Austell, Mableton, Marietta, and Smyrna; Dunwoody, Lithonia, and Stone Mountain; and Alpharetta, Atlanta, Johns Creek, Roswell, and Sandy Springs.
At Wiggins Law Group, we believe that delivering superb service comes naturally when we put the client first. This dedication is reflected in our mission statement and our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our practice.
