Since 1992, STC Environmental Services, Inc. has been providing environmental consulting services to the business community. Our primary focus is on commercial real estate, serving a broad range of clients including School Districts, Federal facilities, and municipalities. While commercial real estate is our core business, we also extend our expertise to residential land owners.

Phase I Assessments

Phase II/III Assessments

When contamination is known or suspected, our Phase II/III Assessments involve Soil and groundwater testing of commercial and industrial properties. This rigorous process involves sampling and analysis of soil and groundwater to accurately determine the extent of contamination.

Asbestos, Mold, and Lead Assessments

Our Asbestos, Mold, and Lead Assessments focus on identifying and evaluating the presence of these harmful substances in commercial and public buildings. Our assessments include sampling, testing, and reporting to ensure the safety of occupants and the environment.
