Friendly and Professional Services
Northview Eye Care provides a wide range of services with a focus on excellent customer care. The opticians and doctors are described as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The office atmosphere is clean, modern, and well-laid out, making patients feel comfortable and relaxed. Staff is patient with children and takes the time to explain procedures and results to patients.
Unpleasant Experience
However, one reviewer had a negative experience at the office. They were treated rudely by the receptionist and doctor, who yelled at them in the waiting room. The reviewer was also required to pay upfront for the appointment and was not allowed to use their HSA card instead. This led to an unpleasant and stressful experience for the reviewer, who vowed to find a different eye doctor.
