Our Chatsworth, CA facilities are home to the best in CNC machining and assemblies, as well as our Delta Fabrication division, which specializes in laser cutting, custom sheet metal fabrication, and welding. With a rich history of excellence, Delta Hi-Tech has earned a reputation for delivering superior build to print manufacturing and assembly services since 1984. Our expertise lies in machining complex components with close tolerances and flight safety builds, serving a broad range of industries including Aerospace, Defense, Transportation, Energy, and Commercial.

Our Facilities and Capabilities

Spanning across four buildings and a six-acre campus, our Chatsworth, CA facilities encompass a total of 120,000 sq.ft. Our manufacturing operations occupy 68,000 sq.ft. of this space, featuring state-of-the-art machinery and a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to meeting the highest industry standards. Our equipment list includes 100 CNC machine tools, ranging from Swiss automatics and milling centers to full multi-task machining centers, ensuring the speed and accuracy required for manufacturing parts with intricate designs.

In addition to our manufacturing capabilities, we have a large assembly area and offer laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication services. Our Delta Medical division is ISO 13485 certified, demonstrating our commitment to quality and investing in reliable technologies to produce close tolerance, precision components for the medical industry.
