Our Story

RedZone Fitness was founded by Mike Lambdin in 2017, with the goal of bringing a new type of group interval training to Decatur. Inspired by the success of similar programs, Mike wanted to create a space where individuals could monitor their heart rate and stay in their fat-burning zone for as long as possible. He assembled a team of energetic and motivated instructors, including his wife Jenny, who brings 24 years of experience to the table. With the addition of MLCrossfit, the Lambdins have built a fitness family that welcomes everyone and strives to change lives.
