Fences, sheds, pet shelters, and other structures are allowed with park approval before installation. Each RV lot comes standard with 20, 30, and 50 amp outlets, water and sewer connections, trash pickup, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The majority of the RV lots are pull-through, "big rig" and slide-out friendly, making it easy for you to set up and enjoy your stay.

Mobile Home Living

Our mobile home park offers lots that are between 25' - 50' wide and up to 125' long. The majority of the lots are pull-through friendly, and each lot comes standard with 200 amp electric service, water and sewer connections, trash pickup, and Wi-Fi. We take pride in providing a safe and comfortable living experience for our mobile home residents.

Bunkhouse Living

Bunkhouse lots are available and come standard with 200 amp electric service, water and sewer connections, trash pickup, and Wi-Fi. Payment options include ACH direct deposit, monthly invoice, company credit card, check deposit, and long-term pay-in-full. Bunkhouse lots are ideal for companies that need temporary housing for their employees.

• Pavilion - The pavilion is available for all residents and their guests, located next to the kid's playground, enjoy lunch while you watch the kids play or have a bar-b-que with friends or neighbors.

• Waste Management - We take waste management seriously and have implemented a goat-powered solution to maintain the vegetation around our DEQ regulated lagoon.
• Natural Gas - All mobile home lots have natural gas connections available. Connections and billing are through Oklahoma Natural Gas.
• Electric Power - All mobile home, RV, and Bunk house lots come standard with 200 AMP service. Bunk house lots have specialty breakers to accommodate their specific requirements for direct connection.
