Questions
What vaccinations are required for pet grooming?
We require proof of Rabies, Distemper-Parvo, and Bordatella vaccinations for dogs. Cats need Rabies vaccination documentation prior to grooming services.
Do you groom cats?
We currently cannot accept new cat clients due to limited availability, though we maintain certification for feline grooming services.
How do you handle matted pets?
We prioritize pet comfort by refusing painful dematting. Severely matted pets receive a 'fresh-start' shave to ensure safety and recommend at-home care solutions.
Can I sedate my pet for grooming?
We strongly advise against sedation. Our team refuses service for drugged animals to prevent stress and ensure a positive, familiar grooming experience.
How far in advance should I book appointments?
Please plan for four to six weeks of scheduling lead time due to our limited client capacity and high demand for services.
