Our company was founded by L.T. Henderson, a Clemson University graduate with a degree in Construction Science. With over 20 years of building experience, L.T. has worked on various projects including custom homes, neighborhoods, apartment complexes, commercial spaces, high-end renovations, and historic restorations. He moved to Knoxville in 2010 to be closer to his family and continues to pursue his dream of helping people build value in their home investment and love where they live.

At Sanctuary Homes, we offer a wide range of services including renovations, additions, custom homes, and ADA access solutions. We cater to clients in Knoxville, Maryville, and the surrounding counties in East Tennessee.
